1. Minimum education bachelor degree ( S1 ) or equivalent all majors
2. For graduates S1 maximum age of 28 years by August 31, 2013 .

4. S1 or S2 ; GPA of at least 3:00 ( three point zero zero and the value is not the result of rounding ) of scale 4
5. Have the ability to speak English ; shown with ITP TOEFL certificate with a minimum score of 500 , or IELTS with a score of at least 5.5, and the certificate is still valid s / d August 31, 2013 .
